Productbeschrijving
Algemeen gebruik
Finasteride wordt gebruikt om haaruitval bij mannen (mannelijk patroon) te behandelen. Het mag alleen worden gebruikt door volwassen mannen. Finasteride kan ook worden gebruikt om prostaatkanker en goedaardige prostaathyperplasie (BPH) te behandelen. In klinische studies is aangetoond dat Propecia zowel op de kruin als op de haarlijn werkt.
Dosering en gebruiksaanwijzing
Neem Propecia oraal in met een glas water, met of zonder voedsel. Vermijd het snijden, pletten of kauwen van dit geneesmiddel. Raadpleeg uw arts over de juiste dosering voor u.
Voorzorgsmaatregelen
Vertel uw arts of apotheker voordat u Propecia inneemt of u allergisch bent voor Finasteride of Dutasteride, of als u andere allergieën heeft. Omdat dit geneesmiddel door de huid kan worden opgenomen, moeten vrouwen die zwanger zijn of zwanger kunnen worden dit geneesmiddel niet manipuleren.
Contra-indicaties
Propecia mag niet worden gebruikt door vrouwen of kinderen, noch door patiënten bij wie een overgevoeligheidsreactie voor Finasteride is aangetoond.
Mogelijke bijwerking
De meest voorkomende bijwerkingen zijn duizeligheid, ongewone zwakte, slaperigheid, slaapproblemen, wazig zien, loopneus of problemen met klaarkomen. Stop met het gebruik van Finasteride en bel onmiddellijk uw arts als u een van deze ernstige bijwerkingen krijgt: een erectie van de penis die pijnlijk is of 4 uur of langer duurt, ernstige duizeligheid of flauwvallen. Een zeer ernstige allergische reactie komt zelden voor. Neem contact op met uw arts of apotheker als u bijwerkingen opmerkt die hier niet worden vermeld.
Wisselwerking tussen geneesmiddelen
Vertel uw arts of apotheker over alle receptplichtige en receptvrije medicijnen en kruidenproducten die u gebruikt voordat u dit geneesmiddel gaat gebruiken.
Gemiste dosis
Als je een dosis hebt gemist, neem deze dan in zodra je eraan denkt. Als het bijna tijd is voor de volgende dosis, sla dan de gemiste dosis over en hervat je gebruikelijke doseringsschema. Neem je dosis niet tweemaal.
Overdosis
Als je denkt dat je te veel van dit geneesmiddel hebt gebruikt, zoek dan onmiddellijk medische noodhulp. De symptomen van overdosering zijn meestal pijn op de borst, misselijkheid, onregelmatige hartslag en een gevoel van licht in het hoofd of flauwvallen.
Bewaarvoorschriften
Bewaar je medicijnen op kamertemperatuur tussen 20-25 graden Celsius (68-77 graden Fahrenheit), uit de buurt van licht en vocht. Bewaar ze niet in de badkamer. Houd alle medicijnen buiten het bereik van kinderen en huisdieren.

Been ordering it at this pharmacy for two years now, my hair looks good and there are no balding spots or anything. The only drawback is that you need to keep taking Propecia 5 mg all the time, otherwise it will just go back to what it used to be, but I guess you have to make some sacrifices to look good.

I'm fifty and have a bald spot on top of my head. Some people would say at this age there is no reason to worry about baldness, it's a given, but I want to look good till I'm in a coffin. I'm taking Propecia 1 mg because I am afraid taking a higher dose may cause performance problems, I heard about cases like that. Besides, the 1 mg dose works fine for me, I noticed a considerable improvement after six months of regular use.
